Description:
49-years old woman with leukocytosis, macrocytic anaemia, thrombocytopenia (CBC:WBC 80.7;RBC 3.0;HGB 113g/l;HCT 0.30;MCV 101fl;PLT 20.7). In peripheral blood smears 44%blasts was found, in bone marrow smears 55% blasts with various granularity, solitary Auer rods in cytoplasm was found. POX pozitivity is in 100% of blasts. Imunophenotyping of bone marrow:21%myeloblasts of fenotype CD 13-14-33+/-34+38+, peripheral blood:24% myeloblasts of fenotype CD 7+13-14-33+34+38+cMPO+.
