Granulocytic hyperplasia - some eosinophils and basophils, predominant cells are mature neutrophils and myelocytes. Smear do not shows any marked dysplastic changes but one hypo-granular pseudo-pelgeroid segmented neutrophil (underneath centre of the picture at the 5 o'clock).
