Acute promyelocytic leukaemia

Description:
18-years old girl with fever, pancytopenia and coagulopathy. In peripheral blood smear typical cells for promyelocytic leukaemia was found. Diagnosis was proved by bone marrow picture and PML/RARA fusion gene.
