Plasma cell myeloma

Description:
56 years old man with plasma cell myeloma, 7 years after autologous transplantation.
Cel blood count without marked signs of pathology.
Morphology of bone marrow shows infiltration of myeloma cells - 74,4%/ 250 cells. Biochemistry shows high level of monoclonal IgA (30,3 g/l) in serum. Radiographic studies did not reveal lytic bone lesions.
