Description:
Girl, 16 yers old with ALL L3 (in this case asociated with familiary May-Hegglin anomaly). In ALL L3/Burkitt- type cells are typical. Blast cells are uniform with a large round or oval nucleus, dense but fine chromatin structure. Nucleoli mostly prominent, sometimes vesicular. Cytoplasm with N/C usually <1 is basophilic and mostly vacuolised. Cytochemicaly usually PAS negative. The L3 type ALL is rare (in childern 2%) and belongs to mature B-ALL.

Hutný, ale jemně rozčleněný jaderný chromatin, jadérka většinou zřetelná.
