32 year old primipara referred by gynecologist for cervical dysplasia (LSIL/HPV) and chronic pelvic pain for the last 2 years. Patient suffers from anxiety and depression and is on antidepressant treatment. Suffered from serious injury of coccyx 5 years ago which was followed by surgery. Underwent myomectomy 3 years ago. Delivered 2 years ago via Caesarean section due to an orthopedic indication (injury of coccyx). Regular menstruation.
Knips biopsy was performed under colposcope, histology CIN II. Diagnostic laparoscopy was performed with the following finding: uterus with the endometrial implant on the posterior uterine wall located in the scarf after previous myomectomy. Both ovaries and uterine tube of normal size and shape. Cervical conisation followed laparoscopy.
